Basic Award
To receive this certificate you must have a
two-way communication with one station
from each of the 14 states.
You can work the stations from your home
and the other station can be
anywhere within their state borders.
You must submit a log with the calls of the station from
each of the states, date, time, band, RS(T) and QTH.
