When you are in the Reading, PA area look for

Route 422 South to Rte. 82

Make a right onto Rte. 82

You will cross over a bridge and there will be traffic light.

Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Rte. 724

Look for PA 345 and make a right onto this road.

You will travel several miles until you see a sign for French Creek State Park.

You can get to the area via two roads.

Look for Geigertown Road around the French Creek State Park sign.

Then you have to look for Fire Tower Road

You should see a sign for the Organized Group Tenting Areas.

We are area #9.

If you have missed the Geigertown Road you can look for

The East Entrance which will be Park Road. Take this road

until you see Scott's Run Road which will take you to

Fire Tower Road.
