I'm an Adult Member of the BSA Venture Crew 59 that promotes the use of Ham Radios and high adventure among scouts in the berks county area and have worked with Ed WA3WSJ doing JOTA and Field Day. At this time I only have a Tech License but enjoy doing 6 Meter and 2 Meter QRP with my FT-817 Radio. I'm working at trying to be able to hear the Morse Code to pass that portion of the test and upgrade. My son Andrew kb3jne is also a youth scout with Venture Crew 59
