I’ve been in the hobby for about 15 years. I enjoy HF at home and working the local repeaters in the car. I operate PSK31 and I am trying very hard to improve my CW operation. One of the local hams here, Ken K3FKW told me about QRP and the EPA QRP club and suggested that I apply for membership. I have recently purchased a FT 817 and an MP1 Super Antenna for portable QRP work. I’m looking forward to getting out and hiking and operating in the field with the 817. I also enjoy camping and hiking.
