HF QRP Beacon Page
This page will be dedicated to the HF QRP Beacons that are on the air. So if you run a beacon from time to time, please send me all your information about your beacon. I will post them here on this page. Information I would like to post:
Date, Time Starting, Call, Freq., Power, Antenna, QTH & your E-Mail address.
If you hear one of the beacons below, please click on the call you heard and send them a message with any information you can give them about what you heard.

WJ5O/BCN de Bill. Since June 92 every day during daylight hours on 28.289 MHz. 2 W. into tri-bander @ 33 feet in Corpus Christi, TX.
WQ2RP/B de Ken. The beacon is operated during the NJ QRP Club meetings which is usually held on the last Saturday if the month, held at the Forestall Center Food Court, North of Princeton, NJ on US#1, from 0900-1200 Eastern Time. The beacon has been on 7055 +/- with 2 watts and an EFHWA (End-Fed-Half-Wave-Antenna) fed by a Rainbow Bridge/Tuner. (Club Kit). The Meeting Beacon has run at different speeds, and may send a code word for a report. The NJ QRP Club Project of the "Microbeacon" is in the design phase, which would allow a beacon with different power levels and other features.
VA3SBB/BCN is on the air with the help from Fred, VE3FAL. The beacon is on 24 hours per day on 28.241 MHz. It is located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Grid EN-58. Fred is running 5 watts out of a HTX100 into the Antron 99 antenna @ 40 feet. If you heard the signal, please send Fred an e-mail or QSL via Buro, VE3FAL or VE3SBB.
KB0LHB/B is on 28.206 with 3 watts into a R5 vertical. Runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless Brad is tinkering with it. The location is in Zimmerman, MN. Please e-mail Brad with any signal reports.
